Month of February

Aries

With no planetary activity in either your romantic or relationship sectors, the Moon's monthly visits have become a lot more important, which is why, despite the fact that February only has 28 days and it takes that long for the Moon to come full circle, starting and ending the month in your romantic sector is a big deal. The Moon will not only return to your romantic sector on 1st February, but this begins the lead up to the Full Moon here less than 24 hours later. As a Full Moon, this will give these romantically charged lunar vibes a lot more potency, while helping to jumpstart matters of the heart and give the spirit of romance a boost.

The Moon will leave on 3rd February, but this will give it time to come full circle, returning on 28th February, where it will end the month. While there is still no planetary activity in your romantic sector, each time the Moon returns, you are four weeks closer to Jupiter's return in June to begin your biggest year for love, matters of the heart and all things romantic. As well as making these some of the most romantically charged days of any month, each time this will give your heart a few more clues on what you might be lining up or preparing for.

While when the Moon returns on 28th February it won't be with the potency of a Full Moon by then Venus, the planet of love will be in a nostalgic part of your chart, where from her return on 10th February she will be taking your heart on a nostalgic trip down love's memory lane that will end with her return to Aries next month. Meanwhile, with no planetary activity in your relationship sector either, the Moon's return will make from 5th February to 7th February an important chance to check in and become more emotionally engaged and aware. Also giving your relationships a helping hand will be the Moon's return to your communication sector from 24th February to 26th February.

Taurus

While there are no planets in either your romantic or relationship sectors, on the romantic front you have the advantage of having the South Node in your romantic sector. While not a planet or even a physical object, the South Node is giving your heart a sense of direction that is helping matters of the heart to lean in the right direction. The South Node can turn an ordinary New or Full Moon into an eclipse, bringing the element of fate into play.

This will turn an ordinary Full Moon early next month into a total lunar eclipse, the last before it leaves in July. The South Node and matters of the heart are also benefiting from the fact that while Venus, the planet of love left an adventurous part of your chart last month, ending a mission to bring the spirit of romance and adventure together that began on Christmas Day, the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment is still there. Instead of leaving with the rest of the planets, Juno is here now until the end of March and spent the final days of January at a friendly aspect to the South Node.

This has helped to lock in Venus' mission to bring the spirit of romance and adventure together. Giving this a further boost will be when the Moon moves through your romantic sector from 3rd February to 5th February. As the Moon moves through it will align with the South Node and form a friendly aspect to Juno, in what will be a practice run for when it returns early next month as the most romantically charged Full Moon of 2026.

Meanwhile, with no planets in your relationship sector since the last of the planets to move through last year left in December, the Moon's monthly visit from 8th February to 10th February will be a valuable chance to check in and become more emotionally engaged and aware. Your relationships will also benefit from the Moon starting the month in your communication sector, before leaving on 1st February and then coming full circle again from 26th February to 28th February.

Gemini

While there is no planetary activity in your romantic or relationship sectors, as is normal for this time of year, you do have the next best things. At the same time that your relationships will benefit from a Full Moon in your communication sector at the start of the month, matters of the heart will benefit from having Venus, the planet of love in an adventurous part of your chart until 10th February. At the same time, this will also make the Moon's monthly visits a lot more significant.

With no planetary activity in your relationship sector, the Moon's return from 10th February to 12th February was always going to be an important chance to check in and become more emotionally engaged and aware. However, it is the Moon's return to your communication sector on 1st February and the Full Moon less than 24 hours that can get the communication lines open from the start, something that your relationships will always benefit from. While the Moon's monthly visits are something that every four weeks will make it easier to give your emotional responses a voice, as a Full Moon, this can put additional weight behind a push to get through communication roadblocks and barriers, whether real or imagined.

Meanwhile, while the Moon's return to your romantic sector was always going to make these some of the most romantically charged days of the month, the timing makes this especially significant. The Moon will move through from 5th February to 8th February, forming a friendly aspect to Venus as it moves through and leaving two days later, putting additional weight behind her mission to bring the spirit of romance and adventure together. This will be the Moon's only visit while Venus is here, with the planet of love knowing how to get the most out of these romantically charged lunar vibes.

Cancer

When the Sun, Venus, Mercury and Mars left your relationship sector last month, this should have ended all planetary activity on the relationship front until later in the year. When, after 16 years, Pluto left in November 2024, this ended a time in your life when there was a year round focus on your relationships, with this year striking the happy medium. As an asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment and especially commitment to your relationships, is able to fly under the radar, not causing too much of a ripple, while at the same time helping to lock in what was invested in the closing weeks of 2025 and the early weeks of 2026.

Juno is also striking the happy medium, in that, as was the case for the rest of the planets that moved through, this puts her on the opposite side of the sky to Jupiter in Cancer, who is standing up for your own needs and priorities. This doesn't appear to be an even match, with Jupiter the largest and most powerful planet in the solar system. However, in mythology, Jupiter and Juno are husband and wife and when it comes to a balance between your own and your relationship needs, they will be keeping an eye on each other.

At the same time, this is balanced by Juno's close association with the South Node in your communication sector. The Moon will bring a chance to check and become more emotionally engaged and aware when it moves through your relationship sector from 13th February to 15th February. Meanwhile, with no planetary activity in your romantic sector, the Moon's return from 8th February to 10th February was always going to give the spirit of romance a boost.

However, it is the timing that makes this significant, for it is just a few hours after the Moon leaves that on 10th February Venus, the planet of love will return to an adventurous part of your chart to begin her mission to bring the spirit of romance and adventure together. In the days leading up to this the Moon will form a friendly aspect to the North Node and Saturn there, getting the ball rolling.

Leo

Because the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of February in your relationship sector, the solar spotlight will always be on your relationships at this time of year. This time, the Sun has a lot more company, including the planets that have returned with him and the fact that Pluto, the planet of change and transformation, has been waiting for their return. During the course of 2023 and 2024, Pluto was transitioning into your relationship sector, spending a few months here in 2023 before leaving and then again in 2024, before finally returning in November 2024 to spend the next 20 years here.

Once the Sun and Mercury left your relationship sector in February 2025, apart from the Moon's monthly visits, Pluto spent the rest of last year on his own but preparing for this moment. This moment came when, towards the end of last month and within the space of just five days the Sun, Venus, Mercury and Mars all returned to your relationship sector. Mercury, the planet of communication, will be the first to leave on 7th February, fortunately keeping him here when the Moon moves through Leo from 1st February to 3rd February as a Full Moon.

This will see the Moon clash with the Sun and all four planets in your relationship sector, something it will always do at some point during the Sun's month long visit and is key to having the right balance between your own and your relationship needs. Venus, the planet of love will leave on 10th February and the Sun on 19th February, with an eclipsing New Moon on 18th February offering a chance for new beginnings. It is Mars and Pluto that will stay on, continuing to fight for what you want from your relationships.

Meanwhile, with no planets in your romantic sector, the most romantically charged days of the month will be when the Moon moves through from 10th February to 13th February.

Virgo

There are major changes afoot on the relationship front and while there will continue to be a lot of focus on your relationships this month and for months to come, the dynamics are shifting. It was late last month that having returned to your relationship sector in 2012 Neptune, the planet of hopes and dreams left while as you move into the new month Saturn, who since March 2023 has been at his side, but with a focus on personal responsibility and on doing whatever it takes for as long as it takes, is getting ready to leave on 14th February. With Neptune not returning again in our lifetime and Saturn not for another three decades, this is the end of an era.

This brings to an end a nearly 16 year period where there has been near continuous planetary activity on the relationship front and when, with planets playing a long game, it has been more about the journey. However, because the faster planets are starting to return there won't be a sudden drop off to all of a sudden having no focus on your relationships and instead, a transition to a more short term focus. It starts with Mercury, the planet of communication's return on 7th February and will be followed by Venus, the planet of love's return on 10th February.

Both will be here and able to take over when Saturn leaves on 14th February, with the Sun joining them on 19th February. This is the point in each year when the solar spotlight will always shift onto your relationships, but for the first time since 2012, without Neptune here and for the first time in three years, without Saturn's influence. Venus will leave early next month, but a retrograde turn on 26th February will keep Mercury here until April, long enough for Mars, the planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos to catch up when he returns next month.

With the Moon moving through from 18th February to 20th February, this will ensure you are emotionally engaged and aware when the solar spotlight shifts onto your relationships. Meanwhile, the timing of the Moon's return to your romantic sector from 13th February to 15th February means it will be here over Valentine's Day.

Libra

Because the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of February in your romantic sector, this is a time of year when the focus is always going to be on matters of the heart and all things romantic. It helps that this year the Sun not only has a lot more company, but the kind that can make this not just one of the most romantically charged months of 2026, but for some time. While the Sun will always return at the same time each year, when he returned last month and turned the solar spotlight onto matters of the heart, it was in the middle of a five day period that also saw Venus, Mercury and Mars, the planets of love, communication and passion return.

As they did, it was to find Pluto, the planet of change and transformation not only waiting for them, but as 2025 was the first full week of a 20 year transit through your romantic sector and he had been on his own since last February, something that for most of last year he has been preparing for. Because Pluto is a slow outer planet, he is still in the very early degrees of your romantic sector, so as each planet returned they one by one aligned. It was an alignment between Mars and Pluto that saw the planets of war and revolution come together to fire up your romantic passions and fighting spirit.

Mercury will work to give your heart a voice and to put heart and mind on the same page until he leaves on 7th February, while until leaving on 10th February Venus, the planet of love will be working to get the month and the year off to a romantically charged start. Both will be gone when the Moon moves through from 15th February to 18th February as an eclipsing New Moon, while with the Sun leaving on 19th February, with these romantically charged lunar vibes helping to get the most out of these final days. Mars will stay on until early next month.

Meanwhile, there are major developments on the relationship front, with Neptune having returned to spend the next 13 years in your relationship sector late last month and Saturn to spend the next two years here on 14th February.

Scorpio

While February has the ingredients to be one of the most romantically charged months of the year, there is major change in the air and a transition underway. Both your romantic and relationship sectors have been hosting major outer planets, which means that instead of things being active for just a few months each year, things have been active year round and year after year, with the planets playing a long game. On top of that, the Sun and faster planets will move through to create a more active point in any year.

That is about to change and you are transitioning into an era where there will be short bursts of activity, but with a crossover. That will happen on the relationship front when here since 2019, Uranus leaves in April. By that point, the Sun and the faster planets will be there, helping to get the most out of his final days and to help with the transition.

It is his exit, not to return again for another eight decades that he will be preparing for once he turns direct on 5th February. However, it is happening now on the romantic front when, having been in your romantic sector since 2012 Neptune, the planet of hopes and dreams left late last month, not to return again in our lifetime. Saturn, who first returned in March 2023 is still here, but will leave on 14th February, ending his partnership with Neptune and a resolve to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes.

It is on Valentine's Day that the transition from having your romantic sector active for decades ends and the shorter term focus begins. Fortunately Mercury, the planet of communication is returning on 7th February and Venus, the planet of love on 10th February. It is while the Moon is here from 18th February to 20th February, that the Sun will return, with Mars returning next month.

It is a few days later that the Moon will make its first visit to your relationship sector since Uranus' direct turn, with a chance from 22nd February to 24th February to become more emotionally engaged and aware while looking to the future.

Sagittarius

There are big changes afoot on the romantic front this month and in just a few months on the relationship front as well. So much so that 2026 will be the year that will be forever linked with major new chapters on both fronts, though the seeds for both were sown last year. It was in March 2025 that for the first time in our lifetime Neptune, the planet of hopes and dreams returned to your romantic sector and two months later, for the first time in three decades Saturn returned, teaming up with the resolve to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes to turn dreams into reality.

However, both were just checking in, before a few months later retrograding back out again. At the end of January Neptune returned and this time, he is here now for the next 13 years, with Saturn rejoining him on 14th February, this time here until April 2028 and aligned from the start. It is on Valentine's Day that this powerful new chapter will officially begin.

They will be joined by the Sun and Venus, the planet of love next month and by Mercury and Mars over the following months, with the most romantically charged months of 2026 the runway for a major new journey. The Moon will make its first visit since Neptune and Saturn's return from 20th February to 22nd February, giving you a read on their long game while making these some of the most romantically charged days of the month. Meanwhile, when Neptune and Saturn were dipping their toes in the water on the romantic front, Uranus was doing the same on the relationship front.

Uranus, the planet that brings the truth and guides us onto the right path returned to your relationship sector in July 2025 for the first time in 77 years, only to also retrograde back out again a few months later. On 5th February, Uranus will turn direct and start heading back and this time, when he returns in April, it will be to spend the next seven years here. Meanwhile, the Moon's return from 24th February to 26th February will be a chance to ensure you are emotionally engaged and aware.

Capricorn

On both the romantic and relationship fronts, February begins in much the same way that January began, though with some noticeable differences. On the one hand, everything is the same in that with Jupiter in your relationship sector and Uranus in your romantic sector, you have moved into an important year on both fronts and as they were when you moved into January, both are in retrograde motion, with the doors open to the past as they go back over old ground. However, for Jupiter, who won't turn direct in your relationship sector until next month, the conditions couldn't be more different.

January saw a parade of planets move through Capricorn, all clashing with Jupiter as they went. Along with a Full Moon that did the same, in the first three weeks of January, there was hardly a day that went by without one planet either clashing with Jupiter, or moving towards or away from one, constantly putting a balance between your own and your relationship needs to the test. However, with Jupiter not leaving until June, this has been a chance to move into this powerful year for relationship building aware of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you.

This month, those same planets are starting to return to your communication sector and into a friendly aspect to Jupiter. It starts with Mercury, the planet of communication on 7th February, will continue with Venus, the planet of love on 10th February and concludes with the Sun's return on 19th February. Meanwhile, while Uranus begins the month in retrograde motion in your romantic sector, he will turn direct on 5th February and while not leaving until April, this is when a journey that for the planet of surprise, synchronicity and the unexpected began in 2019, will move into its final phase.

The Moon's return to your romantic sector from 22nd February to 24th February will help with that shift in focus while making these some of the most romantically charged days of the month.

Aquarius

While there are no planets on the romantic or relationship fronts, this year not only holds major promise on both fronts, but this month the Moon is set to play a significant role in steering things in the right direction. While it is not until April that Uranus, the planet of surprise, synchronicity and the unexpected will return to spend the next seven years in your romantic sector, having spent four months here last year before retrograding back out in November, his direct turn on 5th February will see him turn around and start heading back. This is while Venus, the planet of love is still in Aquarius and while until leaving on 10th February, she is updating your romantic and relationship desires, hopes and aspirations for the coming year.

Venus was in your romantic sector when Uranus returned last July and as the only planet to spend time with him here in eight decades, as he turns direct, she is going to put your heart's over the horizon radar on alert. Meanwhile, the Moon's first visit to your romantic sector since Uranus' direct turn will not only make from 24th February to 26th February some of the most romantically charged days of the month, but your first sign that the focus has shifted away from the past and onto preparing for the future. At the same time, while it is not until June that Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion will return to your relationship sector to begin your biggest relationship year in over a decade, a combination of a Full Moon here at the start of the month and growing presence on the communication front has the preparations underway.

It is while the Moon moves through your relationship sector from 1st February to 3rd February as a Full Moon that it will clash with the Sun and planets in Aquarius, putting a balance between your own and your relationship needs to the test, less than a week after Neptune returned to spend the next 13 years in your communication sector. By the time the Moon comes full circle on 28th February, Saturn will be there as well, with a better sense of what you want from your relationships and the communication lines open.

Pisces

While Jupiter won't turn direct in your romantic sector until next month, in his last full month in retrograde motion, he is both slowing down and keeping the focus on the past. Helping to make the most out of both Jupiter's final weeks in retrograde motion and in preparing for next month's turnaround is Venus, the planet of love. Until leaving a nostalgic and reflective part of your chart on 10th February and returning to Pisces, Venus is taking your heart on a nostalgic trip down love's memory lane.

This is something that Venus will do in the lead up to her return to Pisces each month, but this time, with the planets of love and luck both holding the doors open to the past and second chances. The month will begin with the Moon in your romantic sector, before it comes full circle again from 26th February to 28th February. As well as getting the month off to a romantically charged start, with a sense of romantic nostalgia thick in the air and Venus and Jupiter both focused on the past.

By the time the Moon comes full circle Venus will be in Aries, looking to the future and Jupiter will be just days away from turning direct. With your luckiest year for love, matters of the heart and all things romantic not ending until June, the best is still to come. Meanwhile, while there are no planets in your relationship sector, the South Node is not only here until July, but along with its partner the North Node in Aries, is helping to maintain the right balance between your own and your relationship needs.

Helping with that is having the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment and especially commitment to your relationships staying on in your communication sector after the rest of the planets left last month. Having spent the final days of January at a friendly aspect to the South Node, this has banked a commitment to keep the communication lines open. This will be especially so when the Moon moves through your relationship sector from 3rd February to 5th February.
