This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through our website.


Digital Products

Most of our products are personalised digital reports or online services that are delivered immediately after purchase.

Because these products are created or made available instantly, they generally cannot be returned once delivery has taken place.


Personalized Reports

Many of our reports are produced using the birth details provided by the customer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your birth information is entered accurately before placing an order.

Refunds cannot normally be provided where incorrect information has been supplied by the customer.


Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded promptly.


Technical Problems

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or receiving your purchased product, please contact us.

We will make every reasonable effort to:

  • resend your report;
  • restore access to your purchase; or
  • resolve the technical issue as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, we will correct the error by supplying the correct product or arranging a suitable resolution.


Change of Mind

As our products are digital and are normally delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available simply because you have changed your mind after delivery.
